Appointments & Bookings

Is there a cost to book an appointment?

No — all SOGNA appointments are completely complimentary. There is no deposit, no booking fee, and no obligation to purchase. We simply ask for 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule.

How far in advance should I book?

For bridal appointments, we recommend booking at least 6–12 months before your wedding date. For suit fittings, 3–6 months is ideal. For alteration consultations, aim for at least 8–12 weeks before your event.

How long is an appointment?

Bridal styling appointments are typically 60–90 minutes. Suit fittings run 45–60 minutes. Alteration consultations are around 30–45 minutes depending on the garment. We always allow the time the appointment needs.

Can I bring family or friends?

Absolutely. We welcome up to 3 guests for bridal and styling appointments. Keeping the group small makes the experience more focused and enjoyable. For larger groups, please note this in your booking form and we'll do our best to accommodate.

Can I reschedule or cancel?

Of course. We simply ask for at least 24 hours' notice. Reply to your confirmation email or call us at (02) 8872 3428.

Bridal Styling

What should I bring to my bridal appointment?

We recommend nude or strapless undergarments, heels at your approximate wedding height, a hair tie, and any inspiration images you've saved. Most importantly — bring an open mind. Some of our most memorable moments happen when a bride tries something she didn't expect to love.

Do you carry plus-size options?

Yes. Our collections span a wide range of sizes. Please include your size in your booking form so your stylist can prepare before you arrive.

Do you dress bridesmaids and wedding guests?

Yes. We offer a Bridesmaid & Guest Styling appointment to help coordinate looks across your whole party. Select this option when booking.

Suit Fitting & Menswear

What happens during a suit fitting?

One of our menswear stylists will take your measurements, understand your occasion and style preferences, and guide you through our suit, tuxedo, and formal range. We'll identify the right silhouette, fabric, and details — and discuss any alteration requirements. The appointment is relaxed, private, and complimentary.

Can I book a group fitting for a wedding party?

Yes. We accommodate groomsmen group bookings. Include the number of attendees and your preferred date in the booking notes and we'll make sure there's enough time for everyone.

Alterations & Tailoring

Do you alter garments from other retailers?

Yes. While we prioritise alterations for SOGNA purchases, we welcome enquiries for garments purchased elsewhere. Book an alteration consultation and we'll assess the work and provide a quote in person.

How much do alterations cost?

Pricing depends on the complexity of the work and is assessed in person. The consultation itself is complimentary.

How long do alterations take?

Bridal gown alterations typically take 8–12 weeks. Suits and occasionwear usually take 2–4 weeks. Rush timelines may be available — please enquire directly.

Where is SOGNA located?

We're at Westfield Parramatta, Level 2 — SOGNA Men (Shop 2138) and SOGNA Women (Shop 2139), at 159–175 Church Street, Parramatta NSW 2150. Get directions →

Is there parking available?

Yes. Westfield Parramatta has multi-level parking accessible from Macquarie Street and Charles Street. The centre also has direct access from Parramatta Station on the T1 Western Line.

Do you offer click and collect?

Yes — in-store pickup is available at our Westfield Parramatta boutique. Select this option at checkout and wait for your confirmation email before visiting.

Delivery, Returns & Payments

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Complimentary shipping on all Australian orders, always. No minimum spend and no codes required.

What is your returns policy?

We accept returns on full-priced, unworn items within 14 days of delivery. Sale items are final sale. Please see our Returns & Exchanges page for full details.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and Afterpay. All transactions are processed securely at checkout.
