Turnaround

Bridal gowns: 8–12 weeks. Suits & formalwear: 2–4 weeks. Rush timelines may be available — please enquire directly at your consultation.

For weddings and formal events, we recommend booking your alteration consultation at least 8–12 weeks before your event to allow sufficient fitting time.

Book a Consultation
Book your complimentary in-store alteration consultation online or by calling us. Bring the garment and any shoes or accessories you'll be wearing.

In-Store Assessment
Our seamstress assesses the garment on you, discusses the alterations needed, and provides a clear quote and timeline before any work begins.

Collect Your Perfect Fit
Once your alterations are complete, return for a final fitting to ensure every detail is exactly right before you take your garment home.
