ACC ALTERATION PANTS

We are pleased to be able to offer our clients a range of alteration services all completed onsite by our skilled production team. Please ensure you read carefully about the option you are interested in before adding it to your cart.

For our pant, skirt or dress hemming services you will need to come into our showroom for a fitting to ensure length accuracy.

Pant Hemming - price is per pant. If the pant legs have side splits or any sort of hem reinforcing or detail, this may be reduced or removed during alterations. We are unable to add splits, hem reinforcing or hem detail back into pant hems.

Skirt / Dress Hemming (no lining) - price is per garment. We can only hem garments which have no lining & don’t have any back pleats. We cannot adjust split heights. By hemming your skirt/dress the splits (if any) may be reduced or removed.

Sleeve Shortening (3/4 or Long Sleeve to Short Sleeve) - price is per shirt. We can only cut sleeves down to make them short sleeve. The finished sleeve is folded in & hemmed to our standard short sleeve length. It does not have any cuff detail.

Apron Shortening - price listed is per apron. This is a hemming service, the apron will be adjusted from the bottom.

Adding Pockets - price listed is per pocket. A basic square pocket will be added to your top. Some of our garments are sold with a “loose pocket” that we can attach. Please check product descriptions to see if this applies to your garments. If a loose pocket is not available with the garment then you will need to purchase an additional garment which we can cut up to make pockets. Please note, due to dye lot variations we cannot guarantee exact colour matching of the pockets that are cut from garments.

Add a Button & Buttonhole - price listed is for 1 button & 1 button hole. This service is mainly for taller people who require an additional button on the bottom of their shirt.

Seam Run In - price listed is per top. This service is only offered on singlets, tees & polos. It is mainly for people who are smaller than the smallest size & require the garment to be run in slightly to reduce bulk through the torso. This service only reduces the width of the garment, it does not adjust the length. Please note, when running the garment in, we can only make it up to one size smaller. So if a size small is too large we can run it in to become a size extra small but we can’t run it in any more than that. This is not a tailoring service, ie. the garment can not be shaped to fit you like a custom made garment.
