If you spend $100.00 or more with us in a single transaction within Australia, we’ll deliver your order to you for FREE! Under this and your delivery will be charged. This is for all nationwide deliveries to your home or business address or post office box.

Shipping within Australia

We use Australia Auspost.com.au and Fastway.com.au services to deliver this item where and when you need it.

When we dispatch your item to you, we  will send you an email confirmation. This email includes the freight provider we have used and a unique number that allows you to track your purchase.

All orders can be tracked via the Australia Post website and Fastway.com.au website

Shipping Times

If you are in a residential area please allow 5 – 7 business days for your order to be delivered to you. If you are in a rural area, it may be an additional 1 – 2 business days.

What happens with non-delivery or lost parcels?

If you have still not received your parcel and your tracked parcel is showing as delivered on the Australia Post website, a card should have been left informing you where it is. The card should provide details on where and how to pick up your order or to rearrange delivery.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping for selected products to over a hundred countries from Australia. We use DHL for all our international orders. We don’t ship to international armed forces, freight forwarders or international PO boxes. International shipping is available at flat rates of $29 and $49, depending on the country.

Customs & International shipping restrictions

Custom fees and taxes on orders may be charged by the destination country. These charges must be paid for by the person receiving the parcel. If delivery is refused, all costs incurred for the return of goods will be charged to the customer. SOGNA has no control over customs policies and charges, which can vary from country to country.

For international deliveries, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. As legislation and policies vary from country to country, please refer to local government sources for more information on delivery restrictions.

Restrictions

SOGNA store offers delivery within Australia and selected international countries only. We do not currently ship to AFPO addresses or Freight Forwarders.

Some items cannot be transported through our delivery provider due to State, Territory or National legislation. This includes (but is not limited to) highly flammable items, aerosols, butane, blades, first aid kits, matches or any dangerous articles.

Please allow additional delivery times of up to 5 business days, if your order is placed on or around a public holiday.

Please note that orders placed after 12.00pm on a Friday may not be dispatched until the following Monday. Weekends and all public holidays are not classed as a business day. All orders will be processed on the first available business day.

Shipping Delays

If a product is delayed beyond our control, we will notify you by email. In this case, you’ll have the option to request a refund for the affected items.

During our major sale periods, you may experience delays in receiving your order. Whilst we endeavor to have this to you in the time frames stated, please accept our apology in advance for any inconvenience this may cause. We’ll notify you of any delays, as soon as we become aware of them.
