Refund policy

Refund & Returns Policy — SOGNA

We want you to love what you buy from SOGNA. If something isn't right, here's how we can help. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) are not affected by this policy.


Online Orders

Change of Mind Returns

We offer a 28-day change of mind return on eligible online orders. To be eligible, items must be:

  • Returned within 28 days of the delivery date
  • In original, unworn condition with all tags attached
  • Free from perfume, makeup, deodorant, or any signs of wear
  • In original packaging

Non-returnable items: - Sale or clearance items (marked final sale) - Intimate apparel, swimwear, and earrings (for hygiene reasons) - Gift cards - Items purchased with a discount code of 30% or more

How to return: 1. Email us at Justin@sogna.com.au with your order number and reason for return 2. We will provide a return authorisation and postage instructions 3. Return postage is at the customer's expense unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent

Refund or Exchange: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a store credit or exchange within 5 business days. Refunds to your original payment method are offered for faulty or incorrectly sent items only.


In-Store Purchases

Change of Mind

In-store purchases are eligible for an exchange or store credit within 28 days of purchase, provided the item is:

  • In original, unworn condition with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
  • Not a sale, clearance, or marked-down item

We do not offer cash refunds on in-store change-of-mind returns.


Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, we will:

  • Offer a full refund to your original payment method, or
  • Exchange the item for the same or equivalent product, or
  • Provide a store credit

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item (online) or at the time of purchase (in-store) and provide photos of any damage or fault.


Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.


Bridal & Special Orders

Bridal gowns, made-to-order items, and specially sourced garments are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless faulty. Please ensure you are happy with your selection before confirming a special order.
