Complimentary Australian Shipping

We offer complimentary standard shipping on all Australian orders — always. No minimum spend required.

International Shipping

We currently ship within Australia only. For international enquiries, please contact us directly.

Returns & Refunds

Online Orders

We accept returns on full-priced, unworn items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed, in original condition
  • All original tags attached
  • Free from perfume, makeup, or any sign of wear
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5 business days to your original payment method.

In-Store Purchases

Exchange only — no cash refunds on in-store purchases.
In-store purchases at Westfield Parramatta are eligible for exchange only. Cash refunds are not available.

Sale & Discounted Items

All sale items are final sale. They cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item is faulty or incorrectly described.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund in accordance with your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

How to Return an Online Order

  1. Email us at Justin@sogna.com.au with your order number and reason for return
  2. We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions
  3. Pack your item securely and send it to the address provided
  4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5 business days
