We want you to feel confident in every purchase you make with SOGNA. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Online Orders — Full-Priced Items

We accept returns on full-priced items within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original condition with all tags attached
  • Free from perfume, makeup, or any sign of wear
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

To initiate a return, please contact us at Justin@sogna.com.au or call (02) 8872 3428 within 30 days of receiving your order.

Sale & Discounted Items

All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless the item is faulty or incorrectly described.

Exchanges

We are happy to assist with size exchanges, subject to availability. Please contact us as soon as possible to reserve your preferred size.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

In-Store Purchases

Exchange only — no cash refunds on in-store purchases.

For purchases made in store at Westfield Parramatta, we offer exchanges only. Cash refunds are not available for in-store purchases. Please speak with a team member in store or call (02) 8872 3428 to arrange your exchange.

How to Return an Online Order

  1. Contact us at Justin@sogna.com.au to initiate your return
  2. Include your order number and the reason for your return
  3. We will provide return instructions within 1–2 business days
  4. Once received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 business days
