Change of Mind Returns & Exchanges Policy
Please note that any rights you have under this policy in relation to your SOGNA product are additional to any rights you may have under consumer laws.
All Change of Mind refunds are issued at the discretion of SOGNA. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange for a Change of Mind request if it does not comply with these conditions.
Our Change of Mind policy does not apply to selected “Base Layer” products for hygiene reasons. Selected Base Layer products include any item of clothing or underwear designed to be worn next to the skin.

Change of Mind for Purchases Made from SOGNA Store
If you change your mind about your purchase, we are happy to offer an exchange or a full refund to the value of the purchased goods. This excludes goods sold as “seconds”, Base Layer products and underwear.
For Change of Mind returns, goods must be returned in original condition with proof of purchase within 30 days of the purchase date. You need to return the product to us by post, along with the original packing slip (with the relevant section completed).
We’ll provide any refund for a product purchased from SOGNAU’s store in the same form as your original payment and within 30 days of us receiving the returned product. We’ll notify you by email once we have processed your refund.
Returns & Exchanges Process
Simply fill out the bottom section of your packing slip, indicating whether you would like to return the item or exchange for another one (please provide details). Alternatively, you can call us on +61 0451185999 or write us a message and request a Product Returns form. Please fill out the appropriate sections once we have emailed you the form. For your security and protection, please DO NOT include your credit card details on this form or in any correspondence.
