We will only accept returned item(s) that have been booked using our returns portal.

Orders can be returned back to us for store credit within 14 days of receiving it.

Wedding gowns purchased from the Wedding Shop can be returned back to us for a refund within 14 days of receiving it. All tags and QC ribbons have to be attached and the gown must be unaltered, unworn, unwashed, unstained and in its original packaging.

Store credit is valid for 12 months.

Your item(s) will need to be in their original condition, with tags attached, unworn/unwashed, unstained, footwear in its original box and wedding gowns in their original packaging.

You will need to cover the cost of return postage. PSST! You can use your store credit.
