No — fitting appointments at SOGNA are complimentary. There is no cost to visit us for measurements and styling advice. You only pay when you decide to purchase.
We recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks before your event for standard garments, and 3–6 months ahead for custom or made-to-measure pieces. For bridal, 6–12 months in advance is ideal to allow time for ordering and alterations.
Yes — you're welcome to bring up to 2 guests. For larger bridal parties or group bookings, please mention this in your notes so we can allocate the right space for everyone.
Yes, we offer professional alteration services for most garments regardless of where they were purchased. Please bring the garment and any accessories (shoes, undergarments) to the appointment. Walk-ins are welcome for alterations.
We suggest wearing or bringing the undergarments and shoes you plan to wear on the day. This helps us take accurate measurements and ensure the best possible fit. If you have inspiration photos or references, feel free to bring those too.
